Method #1 - Quick and Easy Acne Treatments or Cures by Changing Your Habits

  • Make sure you eat more water contented foods and drink more liquids(preferably water) throughout the day.

  • Reduce the refined foods in your diet such as chocholate, white flour, and sugar.

  • Make sure you wash your face thoroughly twice a day with warm, clean water. Use oil-free face washes to reduce any acne breakouts. Tea tree oil is very effective for this kind of treatment.

  • Dry Skin needs products especially made for dry skin. Even though you have a dry skin, make sure you wash and rinse your face thoroghly too.
